PRODUCTION TIME
The production time starts from the receipt of payment. This also applies to express orders.
With us you can choose between standard and express processing.
With the standard production type, the processing time is a maximum of 12 working days plus the selected shipping time.
In the case of the express processing type of production, the processing time is 5 working days plus shipping time.
Working days are from Monday to Friday 09:00 a.m. - 18:00 p.m. The public holidays of the federal state of Hamburg, Germany, must be observed.
We expressly point out that the production time does not include the shipping time.
